Returns & Refunds

We want you to feel confident ordering from Type of Null.
If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle it.

14-Day Returns (UK)

You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In its original condition

  • With tags attached

  • In original packaging

To start a return, email info@typeofnull.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll respond with the next steps. As a small independent business, please allow us up to 3 working days to get back to you. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if it has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

 

 

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@typeofnull.com so we can make it right.

 

 

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size or item, please return your original purchase and place a new order once your return has been approved.

 

 

14-Day Cooling-Off Period (UK & EU)

If your order is delivered to the UK or European Union, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.

To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned unworn, unused, with tags and original packaging. 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

 

 

Right of Withdrawal

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from many contracts within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

Please note that under Article 14(1) of Directive 2011/83/EU, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. A prepaid label will be provided through our withdrawal portal; the label cost will be deducted from your refund.

We will issue your refund within fourteen (14) days of receiving notification of your cancellation, or, if later, once we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof that the goods have been shipped back to us.

This right applies to all items purchased through our store, with certain exceptions such as digital products, perishable goods, sealed personal hygiene products, and personalized items, as set forth in Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU.

 

 

US, Hong Kong & Australia

At this time, we do not accept returns for orders delivered to the United States or Australia.

Please ensure you check sizing, product details, and your order carefully before purchasing.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us at info@typeofnull.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

For approved cases, we may offer a replacement or refund.

 

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as final sale
